Train services between Wick and Inverness are now running as normal following an earlier incident. Services were disrupted for several hours after a vehicle collided with a bridge around 11am today. Scotrail reported that a vehicle struck a bridge between Georgemas Junction and Wick. The bridge was examined by engineers who ensured it was passable again. According to ScotRail’s Twitter, trains “are now running as normal.”
