Appeal for sightings of missing tourist in Skye

Police are searching for a tourist reported missing in Skye.

Kamai Yusuke was last seen in Portree at 8.30am on Saturday when he left his accommodation.

However he has so far failed to return.

Mr Yusuke is described as between 35-45-years-old and is about 5ft 6in tall.

He is of slight build and has short black hair. He wears spectacles with thick lenses and was wearing casual clothes when last seen.

He is not believed to have access to a vehicle and may be using public transport.

Anyone who has seen Mr Yusuke or has information on his whereabouts should contact police at 101.
