A police appeal has been issued after plants were ripped out of their pots at a roundabout in Alness.
Between 70 and 80 flowers of different varieties were removed from their planters at the Westford Roundabout sometime in July or August.
Alness has won several awards for its floral presentations, including the best small town seven times at the Scotland in Bloom awards and the Beautiful Scotland in Bloom Premier Award three times.
A police spokesman said: “Anyone with information is urged to contact Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
