Police believe the teenager may have travelled to Fraserburgh

A motorcyclist has been killed in an accident on a Highland road.

The biker crashed while travelling on the A890 Stromeferry road at Ardnarff.

The accident happened at 1pm, two miles away from the Strathcarron Hotel.

The road remains closed to allow road accident investigators to examine the scene.

Lengthy diversions are in place via the A832, A835, A862, A82 and A87.
