The walker suffered an ankle injury on the summit plateau of Ben Nevis and was unable to descent the 4409-feet high mountain. Lochaber Moutain Rescue Team, assisted by a Navy rescue helicopter from Prestwick, took the man off the hill on Sunday. It was the 99th rescue for Lochaber MRT this year.
