A man entered Dunnets on Francis Street and demanded money from the cashier at 9.10pm on Wednesday. A police spokesman said: “The man is believed to have made off in the direction of Dempster street. The cashier was not injured during the incident. “The man is described as being in his 20s, around 5ft4 in height and of skinny build. He was wearing a light grey hooded top with the hood up.” Anyone who witnessed the incident or anything suspicious in the area is urged to contact Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. A spokesman at Dunnets said: “I can confirm that an incident took place here, but we have no further comment.”
