It is understood that two cars collided on the A816 road about a mile north of the village at 9.15am. Fire crews from Arrochar and Inverary have been sent to the scene. Traffic Scotland said that the route is closed in both directions between Lochgilphead and Cairnbaan. No diversion has yet been released.
