Brian Finlayson was last seen in the centre of Stornoway at around 12.15am this morning. He is described as 6ft2in with a fair complexion and short brown hair. He is believed to have been wearing black jogging bottoms with white and red writing alongside a light gray hoodie and navy and red canvas shoes. Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101.
