Firefighters have been battling a blaze in a health centre in Fort Augustus.
A crew from the village, as well as firefighters from Foyers and Drumnadrochit and a specialist high reach unit have been attempting to extinguish the fire since before 12pm.
A spokeswoman for the service said the fire is on the first floor and roof space of the two storey building.
NHS Highland have confirmed that the centre will be closed until further notice.
Patients are asked not to turn up for scheduled appointments, while out of hours GP services will be provided in Fort William.
