The collision happened on the A9 Inverness-Thurso road, close to the Storehouse of Foulis restaurant near the Cromarty Bridge, just after 3pm. An ambulance spokesman said that three people are being treated at the scene for minor injuries. He added that they will be taken by road ambulance to Raigmore Hospital for check-ups. A police spokesman confirmed that the road was blocked for about an hour but is now fully open.
