The A82 has reopened after a forestry worker was airlifted to hospital in Inverness.
The Inverness to Fort William road was closed after the incident was reported at 9.10am to allow the air ambulance helicopter to land at the scene between Laggan and Letterfinlay.
The man has been airlifted to Raigmore Hospital.
A police spokesman said the casualty was “conscious and breathing” but the extent of his injuries are not currently known.
It is understood that the man was hit by a falling tree while working at the site near Loch Lochy.
The road reopened at about 11am after the man was airlifted from the scene.
