A North Tyneside man has been accused of being involved in the production of cannabis in the far north. Michael Gill made no plea or declaration when he appeared in private at Wick Sheriff Court. The 63-year-old was granted bail by Sheriff Andrew Berry, pending further inquiry. Production of the drug is alleged to have taken place in Caithness on April 1.
