A van had its tyres slashed in an incident in Invergordon.
Police are now investigating and have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
The van was parked in Gordon Terrace in the Ross-shire town between 5pm on Thursday, March 3 and 6.25am the following morning.
A police spokeswoman said: “Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or to remain anonymous, the charity Crimestoppers can be called on 0800 555 111.”
