A half of a mile section of the A82 Inverness to Glasgow road north of Tyndrum will undergo resurfacing work next week.
Work will begin on Tuesday April 12 and is programmed to take up to nine days to complete. The resurfacing will be carried out between 7am and 7pm on weekdays with no works planned at weekends.
Due to the restricted width of the carriageway on this section of the A82, temporary traffic lights and a 10mph convoy system will be in operation to ensure the safety of road users and road workers.
Traffic management will be removed out with working hours to keep disruption to a minimum, although a speed restriction of 30mph will remain in place as traffic will be running on a temporary surface.
