Two people have been airlifted after a plane crash in Argyll
An air ambulance has been called following a serious road accident in the Highlands.
The A87 was closed at Glenmoriston near the Cluanie Inn shortly before 6pm. It is understood a motorbike is involved.
The road closure is between Kirkton near Kyle of Lochalsh and Bun Loyne. Traffic Scotland has published a 109-mile diversion using the A832 and A835 via Achnasheen. Motorists have been advised to avoid the area.
A police spokesman said: “The road is closed and will be closed for quite some time.”
