A Lochaber church is linking up with the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland for the Heart and Soul event in Edinburgh on Sunday afternoon.
Thousands of people are expected to attend the celebration of church in the community at Princes Street Gardens and the afternoon will end with worship led by the Moderator of the General Assembly.
The event at the Duncansburgh MacIntosh Church in Fort William will run from 2pm to 6pm, with live links between Edinburgh and Fort William throughout the afternoon.
Several members of the Lochaber church will be in Edinburgh for the General Assembly as commissioners and there will be an interview with them during the event.
And the Duncansburgh MacIntosh Church will join with Edinburgh for the final worship at 5pm.
There will also be displays and demonstrations of what the church is involved in throughout Lochaber, with choirs performing at 2.30pm.
Refreshments will be available and there will be an indoor bouncy castle for the children.
