Oban Lifeboat was launched yesterday to help a yacht with engine difficulty.
The boat got into trouble while at the south of Croabh Haven on the Craignish peninsula of Argyll.
A spokeswoman for Oban Lifeboat said it was requested to launch by Stornoway Coastguard at 5.35pm to assist the yacht with five people on board.
She said: “Shortly after leaving the berth, the volunteer crew was requested to stand down as the yacht had been assisted and taken under tow by another yacht in the area.
“With no assistance needed, Oban lifeboat proceeded to return to station where she was refuelled and made ready for service again by 6.15pm.”
