Hillwalker Roger Fletcher, who was last seen in the Dornie area on Sunday June 5
A 77-year-old man has been reported missing after setting out for a walk in Wester Ross yesterday morning.
Roger Fletcher was last seen around 8.30am on Sunday morning setting off from a holiday home in Bundalloch near Dornie.
Police in Kyle are now appealing for information which could help trace his whereabouts.
He walks with a stoop and uses two walking poles to assist him.
He has white coloured hair, wears glasses and it is understood he may be carrying a small khaki coloured rucksack.
It is believed that Mr Fletcher was walking around the Bundalloch and Camuslighne area but did not arrive at his collection point.
A police spokeswoman said: “Anyone who was walking in this area or who is going out there today is asked to look out for Roger and contact the police on 101 or speak to any officer.”
