A care assistant accused of pushing a service user against a wall will face a watchdog hearing later this month.
Jennifer Rattray will appear before the Scottish Social Services Council to face charges relating to her work as a care assistant at the Manor House Centre in Nairn.
It is alleged that on or around March 12, 2015 she pushed a service user against a wall, shouted at the same person and told her to apologise to a member of staff.
She is also accused of failing to assist the same service user to her bed and to the toilet.
She is also alleged to have failed to assist the woman with a pad despite being asked to.
Ms Rattray is further accused of failing to check on the service user every two hours overnight.
It is alleged in doing so she caused harm to the woman or put her at risk of harm.
Ms Rattray will appear before the SSSC on Tuesday, June 28 at a hearing in Dundee.
