Flowers left at side of loch where children died after car plunge

Flowers have been placed by the side of a small highland loch where two toddlers died after the car they were travelling in crashed into the water.

Leia McCorrisken, aged three, and Seth McCorrisken, two, died when the car skidded off the road and into Loch nan Druimnean in Argyll yesterday.

A 36-year-old woman managed to escape and was taken to hospital in Oban and later released.

The inland freshwater loch is situated on mile north of the village of Kilmelford on the busy A816 Oban to Lochgilphead road.
