VIDEO: Incredible footage captures 30 sharks basking in Highland waters

This incredible footage captures the moment a Highland shark watcher is surrounded by a shiver of more than 30 basking sharks.

The footage, taken near North Pier, Oban, was shared on social media by sightseeing group Basking Shark Scotland.

Since it was posted yesterday afternoon, the footage has attracted more more than 16,000 views, with users stunned at the incredible scenes.

The basking shark is the biggest fish in Scotland and grow to over 10metres in length and weigh several tonnes.
