The items went missing from a construction site on West Banks Avenue, Wick, at about 8.25pm on Monday. A white Ford Transit van, or similar vehicle, with a white cage attached to the back, may have been involved police said. It is also believed that three people were seen within the vehicle, all of whom wore fluorescent yellow jackets or waistcoats.
