A new-look award-winning bakery is revealing the recipes for some of its signature cakes, and home bakers will also be able buy the ingredients and equipment to make them.
The Bad Girl Bakery in Muir of Ord, which closed its café during lockdown, has now opened a new shop selling baking equipment and ingredients as well as cakes, pastries, biscuits and breads.
Owner Jeni Hardie said they had received messages of support during lockdown and also requests for recipes.
“We’re delighted that there’s been a surge in the popularity of baking at home and are keen to support local home bakers with ingredients and equipment. In response, we’ve transformed the café into a beautiful shop that provides wonderful food but also simply celebrates baking.”
