Ewan Campbell was banned under the totting up procedure at Aberdeen Justice of the Peace Court on Tuesday. But he was caught behind the wheel as he drove home to Fort William later the same day. Campbell, 27, of 3 Dun Deardaill, Claggan, Fort William, appeared from custody at the Lochaber court. He admitted driving while disqualified on the A82 Inverness to Fort William road and on the B8004 Banavie to Spean Bridge road. Sheriff Michael Fletcher fined him £400 and banned him from driving for 18 months.
