Organised by Clachaig, the idea was to bring together business people who face very similar issues, but rarely get to meet and chat. The main feature of the evening was a blind taste test, with each of the brewers invited to provide one of their brews. The award for the best beer went to The Hector, a smooth sweet stout from An Teallach Ale Company, of Camusnagaul, Garve, in Ross-shire. A raffle held at the Clachaig Brewers’ Gathering raised £210 for Glencoe Mountain Rescue Team.
