A 35-year-old Inverness woman with a bad record for anti-social behaviour was jailed for six months at the city’s Sheriff Court yesterday.
Mother-of-three Pamela Macdonald, of Lower Kessock Street, appeared from custody before Sheriff Gordon Fleetwood after a social background report had been prepared.
She had admitted behaving in a threatening and aggressive manner towards police officers in her home on August 31 lat year and throwing the contents of a cup around her living room.
Officers had been called by Macdonald who was threatening self harm.
She also pleaded guilty to shouting, swearing and acting aggressively on March 26 this year at the Nip Inn, from where she was banned.
In addition, she admitted two breaches of bail conditions.
Her defence lawyer, Marc Dickson said his client suffered poor mental health which “got worse by her chaotic alcohol consumption”.
