Police in Inverness are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of an 18-year-old man who has been reported missing in the city.
Adam Mitchell was last spoken to at about 9pm on Wednesday night when it is believed he was in a pub on Baron Taylor Street.
But he failed to return home to the Culduthel area last night or make contact with family or friends since, which has been described as out of character.
Mr Mitchell is described at 5ft 11ins in height, of stocky build with long mousy brown hair and a beard. When last seen he was wearing a black leather jacket, a denim vest, black jeans and boots.
A spokeswoman said: “Police are increasingly concerned for Adam’s welfare and would urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to make contact via 101.”
