Picture: Andrew Smith Fire crews from Inverness have tackled a fire which started in a tumble dryer in the Culloden House Hotel this afternoon. Two appliances from the city were called to the hotel following the 999 call at about 3.10pm. A fire service spokeswoman said that the “small fire” was contained to a laundry room and that no one was hurt as a result. Crews extinguished the fire within an hour of receiving the call.
