Police have been investigating a spate of thefts across the north
A car and two scooters were stolen from an address in an Inverness-shire village at the weekend.
The Nissan X-Trail and the motorcycles have since been recovered in the Kirkhill area.
Police are now investigating the theft which happened overnight on Sunday, January 15 from an address in the village.
A spokeswoman for the force said: “Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed any suspicious behaviour in the area on Sunday night into Monday morning or has any information on the vehicles to make contact via 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
The latest appeal comes just a day after police issued a security warning to people in the north about thefts from houses and vehicles.
