Residents in a rural village near Inverness are being urged to give their views ona proposed road improvement scheme.
The B851 and B861 are due to be upgraded in the Inverarnie and Farr area.
A public forum will be held on Thursday, March 16 with a drop-in session between 4pm and 6.30pm at Farr Community Hall.
A question and answer session will then be held between 7pm and 8pm.
The scheme would encompass both roads within the existing 40mph limit.
A number of options are being considered, including providing a shared use path for safer access for vulnerable road users, improving the road surface and drainage.
