A 42-year-old man has been charged with vandalising more than 90 vehicles in Inverness.
The alleged incidents occurred in the Dalneigh area of the Highland capital sometime between yesterday and today.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Inverness Inspector James Rice said: “Thank you to the members of the public who have assisted with this inquiry so far.
“Inquiries are ongoing with regard to the extent of the damage and I would continue to encourage anyone else with information to please contact Police on 101 quoting reference R020577, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 if you would prefer to remain anonymous.”
