Emergency services were called to the fire at Rosehaugh Road in the South Kessock area of the city at about 8am. Three fire crews from Inverness were dispatched to the scene, while police and ambulance staff also attended. A fire service spokesman confirmed that the fire was brought under control at about 8.25am. Emergency services remained at the scene to make the property safe for some time after. The male occupant of the flat was out of the property on the fire service’s arrival. No update is available on his condition.
