Officers were called to the Rose Street car park area of Inverness at around 9am this morning. A 40-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Raigmore Hospital but died shortly after arrival. A spokesman for Police Scotland confirmed they do not currently believe the death is suspicious. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal as procedure.
