A police officer was still on scene on Monday evening as police tape could be seen across the roller door at the facility that had been closed all day.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Initial enquiries revealed that there are no suspicious circumstances. A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and our thoughts are with his family and friends.”
The facility is believed to be used for the washing and cleaning of vehicles for the nearby rental unit at Inverness Airport.
