Police in Inverness are appealing for information following an attempted break-in at a shop in the Raigmore area of the city.
The attempted break-in happened at the Scotmid store on Mackintosh Road overnight on Saturday.
No entry was gained to the store and nothing was stolen.
Constable Craig McFarlane said: “We are encouraging anyone who was in the general area on Saturday evening into the early hours of Sunday morning who noticed any suspicious activity in or around the Scotmid store or who are able to assist with identifying the persons responsible to pass this information on to us.
