Police in Inverness have recovered cannabis worth approximately £20,000.
The seizure was made by officers from the community intelligence unit yesterday morning.
It was found in a property in Bruce Avenue in the Dalneigh area of the city.
In addition to the drugs, a quantity of cash worth a five-figure sum was also recovered.
A 34-year-old man has been charged in connection with the recovery and will appear at Inverness Sheriff Court next month.
Detective Inspector Peter Mackenzie said: “We are committed to stopping those who are intent on making money out of damaging our communities through the illegal trade in drugs.
“Anyone with concerns about drugs in their community or who sees anything unusual or suspicious should contact police and any information will be taken seriously and acted upon.
“Police can be contacted on 101.”
