Police are appealing for information to help locate David Gordon, who has been reported missing from his home in the Balloch area of Inverness.
The 63-year-old, who is known as Davy, was last seen walking on Culloden Road in the direction of Barn Church Road yesterday afternoon, some time between 4.45pm and 5pm.
David is described as being 5ft 11in tall and of stocky build. He has green/brown eyes and greying short dark hair.
He was last seen wearing black rimmed glasses, a royal blue lightweight jacket, a navy blue and white striped polo shirt, jeans and dark coloured trainers.
Anyone who lives locally is asked to check their outbuildings, garages or sheds in case David has sought shelter.
Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for David’s welfare and urge anyone who has any information regarding his whereabouts to please call police on 101.
