At around 1.30am on Thursday May 2, a blue Vauxhall Astra left the road and entered the sea opposite Mitchell’s Motors. The driver and passengers made their way ashore without injury. No other vehicles were involved and the car has since been recovered. Police enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 199 of May 2.
