Police in Inverness are seeking information relating to an attempted theft from a vehicle in the Culloden area. The incident took place at a vehicle parked on Blackthorn Road around 3.50am this morning. A spokeswoman said: “An unidentified man unsuccessfully attempted to gain entry to the vehicle while its female owner was still within. “The woman was uninjured.” Police have said inquiries into the incident are ongoing. Anyone with any information is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
