A shed has been fully destroyed following an early morning blaze in Inverness. The incident at Laurel Avenue in the Dalneigh area of the city was reported to the fire service at 4.49am. Two crews from Inverness were sent to provide assistance. Nobody was injured in the blaze with a fire service spokeswoman stating that the fire began after a freezer caught fire. She added: “One hose reel jet, two breathing apparatus, a thermal imaging camera and small tools were in use. “Nobody has been injured. “The shed is completely destroyed.” Crews were able to contain the blaze within minutes of their arrival before departing at 5.25am.
