Organisers of a Highland music festival believe the event will offer its most diverse line-up ever after a hip hop legend and an acclaimed Scottish folk act were added to the bill.
Grandmaster Flash, who is best known for his anti-drugs anthem White Lines, will appear at the Belladrum Tartan Heart festival near Beauly.
And Capercaillie, who are celebrating their 30th year, have also been announced for the August event.
They will join headliners Sir Tom Jones and Razorlight at the sell-out festival.
The event, which takes place in the grounds of Belladrum Estate, near Beauly, sold out in record time after the organisers announced Sir Tom Jones as one of the headline acts.
Grammy award-winner Grandmaster Flash is credited with being one of the inventors of hip hop and pioneered the use of turntables as a musical instrument.
He is also responsible for assembling one of the earliest rap groups, Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five.
Also added to the bill – and making their Belladrum debut – are The Blockheads, who rose to fame with the late Ian Dury.
A host of other acts have been signed-up, including Newcastle indie rock trio Little Comets, Squeeze frontman and solo artist Glenn Tilbrook and the Razorlight frontman’s new project Johnny Borrell & The Zazou.
Last week, it was announced that the Reverend Obadiah Steppenwolfe III will lead the line-up of top comics.
