The 49-year-old man suffered an arm injury in the accident near the Clootie Well at Munlochy on the A832 Tore to Fortrose road after 11am. A spokesman for the ambulance service said they took the man to Raigmore Hospital, Inverness. Police said that they were informed about the incident but did not have to close the road.
