Police are investigating after a teenage boy was assaulted in Inverness yesterday evening.
The victim was left with injuries to his face, body and back but did not require hospital treatment.
The attack happened in the South Kessock area of the city at around 5pm yesterday.
Police have appealed for witnesses, and have issued descriptions of three male suspects, all in their 20s.
The first is about 6ft, slim to medium build with short dark hair and some facial hair. He was wearing a green hooded top with white lettering on the front and jeans.
The second is 5ft 8in and slim with short dark hair, and was wearing blue hooded top and dark track suit bottoms.
The third is 5ft 8in and slim with long dark shaggy hair, dark eyes. He was clean shaven and was wearing a dark hooded top and light coloured jeans and white trainers.
