Police have dealt with reports of five missing children at Belladrum Festival near Beauly so far this weekend.
All were found and reunited with their parents or other relatives within a short time.
Officers have also arrested a 33-year-old man for breaking the peace and five small quantities of drugs have been seized.
However, police are praising the overall behaviour of festival-goers, which they describe as “in the spirit of the family friendly nature of the event”.
Event Commander, Chief Inspector Mark Mackay said: “There are record numbers in attendance at Belladrum this year and we are really pleased with how the festival has gone so far.
“This has made it an enjoyable weekend, much to the credit of everyone in attendance.
“We hope the rest of the event continues as it has started and would like to remind all those attending with children to know their whereabouts at all times.
“Festival-goers should continue to pace themselves and we would urge anyone planning on driving away from the site tomorrow morning to carefully consider how much alcohol they drink today.”
He added that Police Scotland – Stay Safe at Summer Festivals posters were on display around the site and asked everyone to take note of this advice.
