Police have appealed for information after he was seen in Culduthel Road yesterday evening. The man, believed to be in his twenties, was described as having slightly frizzy dark hair and facial hair. He was wearing a stripy jumper and was seen driving a maroon coloured BMW three series in the area. Anyone with information should contact police on 101.
