Officers have been trying to trace William Potter since July 17 when he was last seen in the Merkinch area. Mr Potter, 31, is described as 5ft 10in with short brown hair. He has blue/green eyes and may be wearing glasses. He also has distinctive tattoos, including a Rangers bage on his right arm, the name Corben on his left arm and Louise on his left hand. The letters “SP” are also tattooed on the right side of his neck. Anyone with information about Mr Potter’s whereabouts should contact police on 101.
