Police are attending the Rose Street multi-story near Inverness Railway Station, where a man in his 20s has threatened to jump from the top floor. Railway Terrace, Rose Street and Longman Road have been closed, and there is some traffic disruption in the area. Police Scotland has thanked the public for their patience while they deal with the incident.
