Police in Inverness were called to a city-centre car park last night after a man threatened to jump from the top floor.
Officers attended the Rose Street multi-story near Inverness Railway Station after receiving a call just before 7pm.
By 9pm, police were still at the site, and could be seen speaking to the man, who was in his 20s.
Members of the public were warned to stay away from the area as officers blocked off Railway Terrace, Rose Street and Longman Road.
A police spokesman said: “We can confirm that officers responded to a concern call for a male in his 20s at the Rose Street car park in Inverness at around 6pm.
“We would like to thank the public for their patience.”
