Bella sold out in record time in 2014, after the booking of Sir Tom Jones to perform his first ever Highland gig.
Other stars on the bill included Razorlight, Billy Bragg, Frightened Rabbit and Grandmaster Flash.
Festival promoter Joe Gibbs said yesterday that he had begun to sound out potential 2015 headliners, but stressed that discussions are at a very early stage.
However, he confirmed that “one or two” acts had already been booked and said he was looking forward to the earlier start.
He said: “We’ve been finding that a lot of people arrive on the site anyway on the Thursday so it seems crazy not to give them something to see.
“It’s not a full day, it will just be a headline act and a support but I think it’s something people will want to see.”
Belladrum has sold out for the past six years so fans are being urged to book early to avoid disappointment.
