David Arthur, 29, has been reported missing from Livingston and was believed to be in Inverness or the Highlands in the early hours of this morning. Mr Arthur is thought to be travelling in a silver Ford Focus car with the vehicle registration SK55 OXF. He is described as 6ft, of slim build with dark hair and stubble. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact Police Scotland on 101.
